For them, it is a celebration of spring (or fall) and a time to eat chocolate. <\/p>\n

People celebrate Easter in many ways. Christians go to church on the Friday and the Sunday. They read the bible and remember Jesus. Meanwhile, some people use the long weekend to enjoy a short trip. On Easter Sunday, people give each other chocolate which is shaped like eggs or rabbits. Many people have a big feast with their families for lunch or dinner. For dessert, people eat bread called \u201chot cross buns\u201d and chocolate desserts. After eating, children usually have an \u201cegg hunt.\u201d They look for eggs which are hidden in the garden. For many people, Easter Monday is a day to relax and recover from the celebrations.<\/p>\n

To sum it up, Easter is a Christian celebration. However, it is also a time to celebrate spring, go on a trip, spend time with family, have a feast, and eat lots of chocolate.<\/p>\n
